About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Sales Assistant to join our Glassons team. As part of our fast-paced retail environment, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, supporting daily store operations and bringing our brand to life in-store.
What You'll Be Doing
- Create exceptional customer experiences by confidently engaging with customers, building rapport and delivering friendly, knowledgeable service within your area of the store
- Maintain high store presentation standards, ensuring the shop floor is organised, visually appealing and aligned with Glassons brand presentation standards
- Use in-store technology and systems to support efficient customer service, customer holds, stock enquiries and store-to door orders
- Process transactions accurately while delivering a seamless and positive final interaction for every customer
- Support replenishment and stock processes to ensure the shop floor remains well-stocked, organised and customer-ready
- Assist with operational and housekeeping tasks that contribute to an efficient, safe and well-presented store environment
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who genuinely enjoys fashion, trends and creating positive customer interactions
- A confident, motivated and positive approach with the ability to engage with customers and contribute to a team environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build connections quickly
- The ability to adapt, prioritise and stay organised in a fast-paced retail environment
- Confidence using technology and learning new systems and processes
- Strong attention to detail with pride in personal presentation and representing the Glassons brand
- A team player who contributes to a supportive, energetic and collaborative store culture
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential
