About the Role
Working closely with the Store Manager and in store Visual Merchandiser, this role plays a key part in creating a seamless experience from stockroom to shop floor.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced retail environment, enjoys creating structure and efficiency and leads with a collaborative and proactive approach. This is a highly operational role with a strong focus on stock flow, organisation, planning and team support.
You'll use a range of operational tools and technology, including RFID systems, reporting dashboards and Power BI insights, to support store performance and maintain smooth day to day operations. No two days are the same, so adaptability, strong communication and the ability to prioritise are essential.
This is also a physically active role, suited to someone who enjoys being on their feet, working at pace and contributing within a dynamic retail environment
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the day to day operations of the stockroom
- Managing stock flow, replenishment, deliveries and inventory processes
- Supporting store productivity through planning, organisation and operational routines
- Using RFID technology, dashboards and reporting tools to support efficiency and performance
- Collaborating closely with store leadership and VM teams to align on priorities
- Coaching and supporting team members to maintain operational standards
- Maintaining a safe, organised and efficient stockroom environment
- Supporting high-volume trade periods with agility and adaptability
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years’ experience in stockroom management, retail operations or retail leadership
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Confidence using technology and operational systems
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- High energy, adaptability and the ability to work in a physically active environment
- Experience working in fast-paced retail environments is highly regarded
